Journées 4A: Alltech Sustainability Workshop

Journées 4A is a two-day event dedicated to shaping the future of sustainable agriculture. Organized by Alltech and geared toward customers and partners of Alltech France, this event will bring together industry experts to discuss innovation, environmental impacts and the evolving role of livestock in society. Some of the highlights of the event will include keynote talks, expert panels and an exclusive premiere of the documentary World Without Cows.

The speakers at Journées 4A will include:

• Tara McCarthy, vice president of ESG at Alltech, who has decades of experience in driving responsible growth and shaping sustainable value chains across the food industry.
• Paolo Colturato, a ruminant nutrition expert with Team Paragon who is known for his cutting-edge work in ruminant health and nutrition and whose practical insights, backed by science, help sustainably improve livestock productivity.
• Benoît Rouillé, project manager in animal nutrition at IDELE. A respected authority on livestock feeding strategies, Benoît combines his research experience and field expertise to enhance animal performance while aligning with environmental goals.
• Alexandros Yiannikouris, director of mycotoxin research at Alltech. A pioneer in mycotoxin risk management, Alexandros leads global research efforts to safeguard animal and human health through innovative detection and mitigation strategies.
• Olivier Mével, an agri-food strategy consultant with a deep knowledge of value chain dynamics, who supports organizations in transforming their agri-food business models to stay competitive and sustainable.
• Patrick Ward, director of research and applications at Alltech. Patrick drives innovation at the intersection of science and application and helps translate research breakthroughs into impactful solutions for farmers worldwide.
• Jean-Marc Levy, co-founder of Carbone Farmers. A sustainability entrepreneur, Jean-Marc works to monetize carbon farming practices, providing farmers with new tools to capitalize on regenerative agriculture.
